For hospice and palliative care, both Area Market Executives and Area Executives of Clinical Operations are given ordering credentials with orders routed to the RVP for approval. Hospice BOCs/BOMs can receive credentials upon approval of both the AME and ACO. Palliative Care Coordinators are given credentials with orders routed to the National Palliative Care Supervisor. Please be sure to submit hospice orders separately from palliative orders to ensure proper routing and billing.

For home health, the Home Health Executive Directors, Home Health Regional Vice Presidents of Operation, and Home Health Vice President of Sales can place and approve orders. Home Health Market Executives are given ordering credentials with orders approved by their Home Health Vice President of Sales. Home Health BOC/BOM are given ordering credentials with orders being approved by their HH Executive Directors.

For home infusion, the Director of Infusion Therapy can place and approve orders, while the Infusion BOC/BOM will be given ordering credentials with orders approved by their Directors of Infusion.
